Junior Accountant (Part-Time, Paid Internship Opportunity)

We’re looking for a final-year accounting student to join our team as a Junior Accountant at our Richmond office.

Each year, we bring on a student to gain real, hands-on experience across individual tax returns, bookkeeping, and BAS preparation for a range of clients. This is a great opportunity to step into a professional environment and build practical skills while you finish your degree.

What you’ll get:

  • Paid role: $27.50 per hour (part time) plus Super

  • Approx. 20–25 hours per week (flexible around exams and uni schedule)

  • 6-month engagement

  • Direct mentorship in a small, supportive team of 4

  • Real client exposure and practical accounting experience

About the role:
You’ll be working closely with a senior team member, receiving guidance and training as you develop your skills. This is an in-office role based in Richmond to ensure you get the most out of the learning experience.

  • Final-year accounting student

  • No prior experience required

  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Good communication and attention to detail
